Shipping & Production Policies

Production Time Policy

In-stock product orders received by 3:00pm EST Monday through Friday will ship from our Whitby warehouse the same day. Sample products now ship the following business day. If an item you order is on backorder, you will be contacted by a Meeting Specialist the same day you place the order. Our Meeting Specialists are available Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. The production time for all custom products starts the day after the order is received and approved. Custom imprinted orders ship directly from the manufacturer. Rushes are available on most products. The fees on rushes vary depending on the product and the shipment date. Call for details 888.283.7939.


How is my order shipped?

Our preferred shipping carrier is FedEx Express, All ship methods deliver during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. If you are unsure of the best choice for your order, contact an Event Specialist. We can not be responsible for any delays while in transit.


How much does it cost?

Shipping costs on your order are calculated using the weight, box quantity/size and location of your shipment. Some of our items may be shipped to you from an international location. The shipping price that is quoted for shipments to any Canadian location are all inclusive. Call us for details at 888.283.7939


What about shipping outside of Canada?

Canadian Customers: We ship all Canadian orders FedEx Express. The broker fee and most duties are included in your shipping cost. Additional tariff/duties charges may apply when shipping into the U.S. or internationally. 

All Other International Customers: We ship all international orders via FedEx. Customers in countries outside the U.S. and Canada are charged separately for all VAT, duties, shipping and brokerage fees. 


Do all of my stock items ship the same day?

For the most part, yes. There are usually 2 exceptions:

  1. If your order is finalized after the 3:00 EST cutoff time.
  2. If an in-stock product is on backorder (this is a rarity).

When do orders ship?

  • In-stock product orders received by 3:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, will ship from our Whitby warehouse the same day.
  • Custom order production times listed on the product pages are business days and do not include weekends.
  • If an item you order is on backorder, you will be contacted by a Meeting Specialist the same day you place the order. Our Meeting Specialists are available Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.

Can I track my order once it is shipped?


Yes, once the boxes have gone into the shipper's package stream, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the package on the shipper’s website: FedEx
